Naturtherapien brauchen Supervision Nature Therapies need supervision

Der Beitrag geht in kompakter Form der Fragestellung nach, warum die neuen Naturtherapien Supervision brauchen – wie eigentlich jede Form der psychosozialen Arbeit mit Menschen. Das naturtherapeutische Feld ist jung, hat noch keine supervisorische Tradition. Die herkömmlichen Supervisonsschulen haben zumeist keine ökologischen Bezüge in Theorienbildung und Methodik. Wie sollen sie über ausreichende Feldkompetenz, Fachkompetenz und Methodenkompetenz verfügen, um qualitätsvolle Supervision zu machen? Andererseits reicht es nicht, nur „erfahrener“ tiergestützer Therapeut, Gartentherapeutin, Waldtherapeutin zu sein, um qualitativ solide Supervision in diesem Feld zu machen. Doppelqualifikationen sind angesagt. Man muss Naturtherapeutin sein und noch eine reguläre Supervisionsausbildung aufsatteln. Dann wird eine gute Qualität von Supervision im Feld von Naturtherapie und Green Care in Zukunft erreichbar sein. Man muss in die Entwicklungsarbeit dieses Feldes (field development) investieren, das ist deshalb notwendig. The article explores in a compact form the question why the new nature therapies need supervision – just like any other form of psychosocial work with people. The field of nature therapies is young and has no supervisory tradition. The conventional supervisory schools mostly have no ecological references in theory building and methodology. How should they have sufficient field, diciplice specific and methodological skills to provide quality supervision? On the other hand, it is not enough just to be an „experienced“ animal-assisted therapist, garden therapist, forest therapist to do solid qualified supervision in this field. Double qualifications are the order of the day. You have to be a nature therapist and saddle up with regular supervision training. Then a good quality of supervision in the field of nature therapy and green care will be achievable in the future.
