RoA collocations database

tar.gz files compressed with gzip at the best (9) level. Uncompressed size: 110 GiB. `GPM_2BCMB_IMERG_RoA_collocations_2023-01-01_2023-12-31_ext.zarr.tar.gz` is the test set used in the submitted version; replace '_ext' with '' in some scripts (or look at version 2 of this record). The file also includes the collocations of IMERG (GMI) and IMERG IR-only. `test_old.tar.gz` is the 'original' test set, only used for a plot in the appendix and shared for completeness.
