Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects and underlying mechanisms of hucMSC-Exo in mitigating antibiotic-induced intestinal mucosal barrier injury.Methods: A C57BL/6 mouse model of antibiotic-induced intestinal barrier injury was established by continuous oral administration of clindamycin hydrochloride for 28 days. Low- and high-concentration hucMSC-Exo were intraperitoneally injected every other day to evaluate their therapeutic efficacy. Transcriptomic sequencing and other technologies were used to explore the target genes and mechanisms involved in hucMSC-Exo-mediated protection of the intestinal mucosal barrier. Finally, the NCM460 colonic epithelial cells were used for in vitro verification.
