UAV-Based Multispectral Maize Dataset for Water Stress and Rust Detection (Water Stress 2025 and Common Rust 2025) (Subset)

This dataset contains representative subsets of UAV-based multispectral maize imagery used for water stress and common rust detection. Two subsets are provided:(1) 3-channel RGB imagery(2) 6-channel multispectral imagery Each subset includes five classes:- low_stress- high_stress- rust- healthy- bare_soil Each class contains up to 100 randomly selected image patches. The samples were collected from both training and testing datasets. This dataset is intended to support reproducibility of the proposed deep learning framework presented in the associated study. Due to the large size and field acquisition constraints, the full dataset is not publicly hosted but can be made available upon reasonable request.
