DiatomSizeReduction UCR Archive Dataset

Outlines of four types of diatoms: Gomphonema augur, Fragilariforma bicapitata, Stauroneis smithii and Eunotia tenella. There is size variation within class because "Each successive generation of a clonaly reproducing diatom is slightly smaller than its forebears."
