2019年-中国-生物物种名录

生物多样性是国家重要的战略资源，是社会经济可持续发展中不可替代的物质基础。要保护生物多样性，建设生态文明，就必须了解中国有多少物种，有什么物种。从2008年开始，中国科学院组织100多位分类学专家，基于标本和文献，对我国已经发表的物种进行编目和研究，并以年度名录的形式每年更新，向社会公开发布，为全球使用者免费提供中国的动物、植物和菌物等生物类群的名称及分类分布信息。我国是世界上唯一一个每年发布年度生物物种名录的国家，《中国生物物种名录》也被国际物种2000编制的《全球生物物种名录》（Catalogue of Life）列为数据源，具有广泛的国内外影响力。《中国生物物种名录》严格按照国际物种2000的标准，收集和整理物种的分类学信息。在名录中，每个物种均包含拉丁学名、中文名、同物异名、别名、分布区、分类系统及相关文献的信息。每条数据都由分类学家审定确认，并与《全球生物物种名录》实现信息共享。《中国生物物种名录》2019版收录物种及种下单元突破10万个，达到106509个，其中物种94260个，种下单元12249个。

Biodiversity is a vital national strategic resource and an irreplaceable material foundation for the sustainable socio-economic development of human society. To protect biodiversity and foster ecological civilization, it is imperative to understand the number and specific identities of species in China. Since 2008, the Chinese Academy of Sciences has organized over 100 taxonomists to catalog and research published species in China based on specimens and relevant literature. The dataset has been updated and publicly released annually in the form of an annual checklist, providing free access to taxonomic and distributional information of biological groups including China’s fauna, flora and fungi for global users. China is the only country in the world that releases an annual biological species checklist on a regular basis. The *China Species Checklist* has been designated as a data source by the *Catalogue of Life* compiled by Species 2000 International, and it enjoys extensive domestic and international influence. The *China Species Checklist* collects and sorts taxonomic information of species strictly in accordance with the standards set by Species 2000 International. Each species entry in this checklist contains information such as its Latin scientific name, Chinese common name, synonyms, aliases, distribution range, taxonomic classification system and relevant references. Every data entry has been reviewed and confirmed by professional taxonomists, and the information is shared with the *Catalogue of Life*. The 2019 edition of the *China Species Checklist* exceeded 100,000 species and infraspecific taxa, reaching a total of 106,509 entries, including 94,260 species and 12,249 infraspecific taxa.
