This analysis was conducted to confirm expression changes quantified by bulk-RNA-seq of inflamed neutrophils on a surface protein level.
Conclusion:
Neutrophils cultured in vitro in the presence of GM-CSF + interferon-gamma and GM-CSF + LPS showed significant expression changes of the surface markers CD40, CD69, IL4R, PD-L1 and CD14 compared to cells cultured in control medium.
Notes:
Included are four experiment series which are annotated by the accomodating metadata and panel. Experiment Series 1 and 2 comprise the original experiments performed for mouse and human, respectively. Experiment Series 3 and 4 were done consecutively during the revision process. unstained samples
