Re-annotated GFF annotation file of Erigeron breviscapus genome based on public raw sequencing data

This dataset provides a re-annotated GFF (General Feature Format) file generated by re-analyzing and re-annotating publicly available raw genomic sequencing data of Erigeron breviscapus.The original raw sequencing data were obtained from the NCBI GenBank database (accession PRJNA525743). Using standardized bioinformatics pipelines, we performed genome re-annotation, including gene structure prediction, functional element identification, and feature refinement. The final output is a standardized GFF file suitable for genome browsing, gene functional analysis, and downstream bioinformatics research.This annotation can be used for comparative genomics, gene expression analysis, genome visualization, and related omics studies.
