The CIERRA processing system produces cluster feature data from a series of event detections. While CIERRA implementations for the OTD, LIS, and GLM instruments only report features from geolocated point detections, the CIERRA-FORTE implementation is able to cluster events from all three FORTE insturments and describe lightning activity from microsecond scales up through many seconds. CIERRA processing is described at length in LA-UR 20-28458. This dataset contains the cluster feature data presented in publication LA-UR 20-28458.
