Unpacking the Mechanisms Between Internet Addiction and Online Impulse Buying: Which is More Critical, Mindfulness or Emotional Intelligence?
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains anonymized responses from 714 Iranian Instagram users collected in July 2024. The data was gathered for a study investigating the relationship between Internet Addiction (IA) and Online Impulse Buying (OIB), and the moderating roles of Mindfulness (measured by CAMS-R, 12 items) and Emotional Intelligence (measured by WLEIS, 16 items, 4 dimensions: SEA, OEA, UOE, ROE). IA was measured using the IAT (20 items) and OIB using a 5-item scale based on Park et al. (2012). The dataset includes demographic variables (age group, gender, marital status, education, income) and item-level responses as well as calculated scale/subscale scores. Please refer to the accompanying README.txt file for the detailed codebook and variable descriptions. The associated manuscript is currently being submitted to the journal
