Bromus sterilis Transcriptome or Gene expression

B. sterilis, an annual or biennial grass weed, is well-known for its detrimental effects on winter wheat productivity. In this study, comparative RNA-seq analysis was conducted with pyroxsulam-resistant and susceptible biotypes of B. sterilis collected from a winter wheat field in CZ. The results from this study will address the existing knowledge gap in the field of herbicide resistance and will also lay the foundation for future research in related species.
