Subjects were selected from two groups of medical examiners and divided into indoor and outdoor groups according to their different workplaces. The indoor group was government officials and civil servants working in offices, and the outdoor group was traffic police officers. The selected subjects collected 4 ml of fasting venous blood in the early morning, left at room temperature for 2 hours and then centrifuged at 2000 r/min for 20 minutes in a centrifuge, and the supernatant was stored in a low-temperature refrigerator at -80°C for measurement. ELISA was used to detect serum MCP-1, MPO, HO-1 and SAA in both groups.
