LINEMAP Example FASTQ Data and Processed MIT Mouse Lineage Tracing Dataset

This deposition contains: 1. Example FASTQ pair: A small subset extracted from one sequencing sample for demonstrating and testing the LINEMAP pipeline. The example dataset preserves the original sequencing format while substantially reducing file size. 2. Processed MIT mouse lineage tracing dataset: Processed RDS files and intermediate analysis objects generated from the publicly available MIT KP-tracer mouse lineage tracing study, provided for reproducing the analyses presented in the manuscript.
