资源简介:
Hemocytes are the primary immune cells in Anopheles gambiae mosquitoes, critical for eliminating pathogens. The Toll, Jnk, IMD, and STAT-A signaling are important for the mosquito immune system, but their direct impact on hemocytes is not clear.Bulk and single-cell mRNA sequencing of hemocytes from Anopheles gambiae mosquitoes, subjected to activation and suppression of the four signaling pathways, was conducted. The aim is to explicitly investigate the direct impact of modulating these four immune signaling pathways on the gene expression of specific hemocyte subpopulations, thereby affecting their differentiation and function, playing a crucial role in orchestrating the immune response.
