Raw sequence reads of myxomycetes from the farmland soil.

Soil myxomycetes have been reported to be mainly distributed in forest ecosystem, alpine snowmelt zone, grassland ecosystem, etc. There is no research report on soil myxomycetes in farmland ecosystem.
