Genetic characterization of NISTCHO

For the NISTCHO cell line, the integration site for the recombinant protein expression cassettes can provide useful information supporting cell line authentication. Here, we have deposited paired-end whole genome sequencing data and transgene-enriched long read sequencing data, for which the supporting analyses are described in an accompanying manuscript. The objective of these studies was to characterize in detail the sequence and genetic structure of the transgene integration site for the NISTCHO cell line.
