The device has a certain range based on walking distance, taking into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail, etc.) and safe crossing points for vulnerable road users (tunnels, bridges, seabs with traffic lights). — device building block: Walking 150 metres or 2 minutes – nearby device: Walk 400 metres or 5 minutes – facility district: 800 metres or 10 minutes wandelen/1.000 metre or 15 minutes walking – urban part of the facility: 1.600 metres or 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes fietsen/2.400 metre or 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes bicycles. In total, some 50 local housing support facilities have access to areas. In combination with the deficit zone, this layer gives an overview of the spatial distribution of this provision. This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of the supply on the basis of walking distance.
