Transcriptome Sequencing of Streptococcus mutans Under Different Osmotic Pressures

We constructed the busR knockout strain in Streptococcus mutans and cultured both the knockout and wild-type strains for 6 hours, followed by exposure to varying osmotic pressures for 30 minutes. Transcriptome sequencing was then performed to investigate the role of busR in bacterial osmotic stress response.
