Instances for the Runway Scheduling Problem During Winter Operations

This data set includes in total 38 instances for the Runway Scheduling Problem During Winter Operations. It includes 24 realistic instances featuring up to 75 aircraft and up to 3 runways. It includes 14 large-scale instances featuring up to 500 aircraft and up to 5 runways which are based on the airland9-13 instances from "Displacement problem and dynamically scheduling aircraft landings" by J.E. Beasley, M. Krishnamoorthy, Y.M. Sharaiha and D. Abramson, Journal of the Operational Research Society, vol.55, 2004, pp54-64.
