Inclusion:
Organ donors from which consent can be obtained from next of kin for research activities.
BMI in keeping with CDC published growth charts 5th to 95th percentile
Histologic assessment by an hematopathologist determines tissue to be within the limits of normal.
Exclusion:
More than 4 blood transfusions
Seven or more days on ventilator
Tissue not received within 24 hours of recovery, or improperly handled
Autoimmune or immunodeficiency diseases
Chromosomal abnormalities
Observable infarction, rupture, deflation or gross abnormality
Cancer diagnosis present or past
Bacterial or viral infection including SARS-CoV-2
