XRD

This dataset includes X-ray Diffraction (XRD) data for ZnO nanoparticles synthesized using Azospirillum sp, acquired using a PANalytical X’Pert PRO diffractometer.
File is provided in .xrdml format, containing:
Raw intensity vs. 2θ values
Instrument configuration
Sample stage and beam path metadata
An ASCII (.asc) file containing the processed 2θ vs. intensity data is also provided. The XRD pattern confirms the crystalline nature of the synthesized ZnO nanoparticles.
This dataset supports structural characterization and can be used for phase identification and crystallite size calculation via Scherrer’s equation.
