Compare EpCAMhighCD44+ cancer stem cells with EpCAMhighCD44- tumor cells in colon cancer by single-cell whole-genome sequencing

Here, we used fluorescence activated cell sorting with two biomarker combinations, CD45-EpCAMhighCD44+ and CD45-EpCAMhighCD44-, to isolate two populations from two colon primary tumors. In total, 47 single cells of the two populations were performed single-cell low-coverage whole-genome sequencing at ~0.1x depth.
