To investigate the function of Znhit1 in mouse hearts, we deleted Znhit1 using conditional Znhit1-knockout mice (Znhit1 flox/flox; Myh6-Cre; Znhit1 cKO). Through RNA-Seq, we tested the genome-wide transcriptional changes at postnatal day 17 and 25. Heart mRNA profiles of control (Znhit1 flox/flox) and Znhit1 cKO mice (Znhit1 flox/flox; Myh6-Cre) at postnatal day 17 (P17) and postnatal day 25 (P25).
为探究Znhit1在小鼠心脏中的功能,我们利用条件性Znhit1敲除小鼠(Znhit1 flox/flox; Myh6-Cre,即Znhit1 cKO)敲除Znhit1基因。通过RNA测序(RNA-Seq),我们检测了小鼠在出生后第17天和第25天的全基因组转录组变化。本数据集包含对照组(Znhit1 flox/flox)与Znhit1 cKO小鼠分别在出生后第17天(P17)、出生后第25天(P25)的心脏mRNA表达谱。
