Suijing18 short-read sequencing data based on Illumina 200bp library

The 200bp- libraries with peak insert size at at ~200 bp was prepared using aan Illumina Truseq DNA library protocol (Illumina Kit FC-121-4001; Illumina Inc., San Diego, CA, USA). The qualities of libraries were checked by using the a standard protocol involved in Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer High Sensitivity Kit. After library profile analysis, the library was sequenced with by using pair-end 150 bp pair-end strategies on with the Illumina HiSeq X10 platform (Illumina Inc.). This is the 23.6Gb data from 200bp library with coverage of 59X for Suijing 18.
