Automatic counting point Friedrichsgabekoog 2010

On Germany’s motorways and extra-local federal roads, all vehicles are permanently counted at automatic counting points. Depending on the type of equipment used, up to nine vehicle types can be distinguished.

The data are collected by the Länder and transmitted to the BASt on a quarterly basis. On this basis, annual mileage and average daily traffic strengths (DTV) are calculated. The data form an important basis for traffic or construction decisions and measures

在德国高速公路及跨地方联邦公路上，所有车辆均通过自动计数点位进行永久计数。根据所使用的设备类型，最多可区分九种车辆类别。

此类数据由各联邦州收集，并按季度报送至德国联邦道路研究所（BASt）。基于该数据集，可计算出年度行驶里程与日均交通强度（DTV）。该数据集是交通或建设决策及相关举措的重要依据。
