Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Noticeable Humid Zones (HRZ — Linear) on the Rhine-Meuse Basin

The remarkable wetlands of the Rhine Meuse SDAGE are home to exceptional biodiversity and have an ecological status preserved at least. They correspond to integrated wetlands: — in national or regional nature reserves — in sensitive natural areas (ENS) or remarkable wetlands (ZHR) designated by the Departments, or in departments without designated ENS or ZHR sites, in the Natural Areas of Florist and Wildlife Interest (ZNIEFF), in Natura 2000 sites or in sites concerned by a biotope protection order. Their membership in these zonings or inventories gives them the characteristic characteristic of a remarkable wetland. This remarkable character cannot apply to non-wetlands according to the criteria of Article R.211-108 of the Environmental Code, or areas occupied, before 1 January 2010, by agricultural use of ploughed or urban use. They are the subject of special provisions in the Rhine-Meuse SDAGE, which is why they are made available in particular zoning.
