The plans are photo-lithographs which accompany the report of the Royal Commission. There are twenty-three plans in the folder and they form a complete set. According to the notation on the covering folder they were the personal copies of the Chief Engineer for Harbours and Water Supply, Mr Ernest Macartney de Burgh. (3/7883). 1 box.
