Pteridophytes play an important role in the phylogeny. However, due to the large genome, there is little research on molecular biology. In the process of generation alternation, the gametophyte structure of pteridophytes is simple, which is an excellent experimental material for cell biology research. In this study, 354228 transcripts were obtained from the gametophyte of Adiantum flabellatum. 231705 CDs were predicted, including 8186 TFs, 3124 TRS and 7642 PKS, respectively. In addition, 138 995 SSRs were obtained. There were 251501, 113069, 194639, 197474, 193630, 195956, 197883 and 55794 transcripts annotated by NR, NT, KEGG, Swissprot, KOG, PFMA, go and intersection databases, respectively. In this study, pacbio third generation sequencing technology was used to analyze the full-length transcriptome of the gametophyte of Adiantum fanifolia, which provides a reference gene set for the follow-up research and is of great significance for the study of gene expression.
