This project is a virtual surgery tool for enabling clinicians to easily simulate the effects of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and surgical ventricular restoration (SVR) on patients with ischemic heart failure. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=379#pack_888">CABG+SVR Patient #1 </a> : These LS-DYNA keyword files (.k files) are finite element models of patients before (pre-op) and after (post-op) CABG+SVR surgery. Each pair of models are from the same patient, based on scans just before surgery and at a 4 month follow-up. </li> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=379#pack_1089">CABG+SVR Patient #10 </a> : These LS-DYNA keyword files (.k files) are finite element models of patients before (pre-op) and after (post-op) CABG+SVR surgery.
