AREA C: daily access 2013 divided by authorisations

The dataset shows, for the year 2013, the total daily entrances recorded by the cameras placed on the C-area entrance gates (https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/mobilita/area-c ), distinguishing the vehicles authorised for access from those not authorised. The definition *authorised* is linked to payment, i.e. vehicles authorised to access free of charge due to a specific authorisation. The field *areac* if valued at 1 indicates that Area C was active at the time of monitoring, if valued at 0 indicates Area C not active
