Traditional Main Street Overlay Areas

<p>Certain commercial areas of the City are, or have the potential to be, high quality, pedestrian-scale, walkable areas with a traditional urban atmosphere. Areas designated by City Council as Traditional Main Street Overlay (TMSO) Areas are listed in Section 50-11-382 of the zoning ordinance. Development within these areas should be geared, as much as possible, toward street-level pedestrian-generating uses. Ground level treatment of buildings should be pedestrian scale.
