Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem Thema der Praxeologie in der Supervision, ein immer noch schwach entwickeltes Strukturelement supervisorischer Theorie. Ausgangspunkt ist die Auseinandersetzung mit einer methodischen Praktik von Supervision: Walk & Talk. Sie wird auf ihre Elaboration untersucht und als “Modalität” supervisorischer Praxeologie eingeordnet. Verbunden damit wird ein kompaktes Konzept von Praxeologie umrissen, wie es für den Integrativen Ansatz spezifisch ist. In einem Interview mit H.P. wird als Expertenbefragung das Konzept von W & T erörtert und als Instrument der Supervision bewertet. This article deals with the topic of praxeology in supervision, a still poorly developed structural element of supervisory theory. The starting point is the examination of a methodological practice of supervision: Walk & Talk. It is examined for its elaboration and classified as a „modality“ of supervisory praxeology. In connection with this, a compact concept of praxeology is outlined, as it is specific to the integrative approach.
