资源简介:

This table provides broad figures on the inflows and outflows of workers in the care and well-being sector; this is an aggregation of all sectors of care and well-being. The reference date of the figures is the last day of each quarter, with the exception of the 4th quarter. In the fourth quarter, the last Friday before Christmas will be taken as the reference date. For determining inflows or outflows, the population is compared in a quarter to the population in the same quarter one year earlier. If the employee was not employed in care and well-being on either level, and on the other, there is mobility. As a result, employees who do not work every month in care and well-being, such as workers with a flexible employment relationship or workers with a zero-hour contract, are more likely to be considered mobile. The figures are classified according to CBS’s 2008 Standard Business Classification (SBI 2008) and broken down by AZW branches, country, country, province and RegioPlus labour market regions. The calculations refer to employee main jobs. In order to determine the region, the place of residence of the employee was taken into account. The main activity (SBI code) of the company where an employee is employed was used to determine the AZW branches. This may not be the only activity that a company undertakes. In the main activity “Other social advice, community homes and cooperation bodies in the field of well-being” (SBI Code: 88999) the collective agreement under which the employee is employed is also taken into account. Workers covered by collective bargaining codes 0004 to 0300 or under collective agreement codes 0302 to 8102 are classified under class ‘Other Care and Welfare’. The employees covered by another collective agreement code are classified under ‘Social Work (Other)’. A complete overview of all CLA codes can be found under section 3. This table presents figures on labour market flows for healthcare and well-being sectors broadly. This means that labour market flows for health and well-being sectors are narrowly not included (for reference to these figures see paragraph 3). The labour market for care and well-being narrow means that the sector of childcare is not taken into account. As a result, labour market health and well-being flows are narrowly related to a different population than health and well-being figures broadly. Figures for different populations are not published in the same table. The figures on the labour market in care and well-being are presented in their own table. This table has been developed within the framework of the research programme Labour Market Care and Welfare (AZW). For more trends and developments in the labour market in care and well-being, see azwstatline.cbs.nl (see section 3). Data available from: First quarter of 2010 Status of the figures: All figures are provisional. Amendments as of 21 November 2023: The table is supplemented by figures for the second quarter of 2023. Previous figures have been revised due to the use of new, more recent sources. Changes as of 7 March 2023: As a result of an incorrect determination of the main job of mobile workers, a discrepancy has arisen in the development of employment as it can be calculated on the basis of labour mobility, and as it can be calculated on the basis of the comparison of the number of workers. In this version of the table, the error has been fixed. Amendments as of 21 February 2023: The table is supplemented by figures for the 3 rd quarter 2022. Previous figures have been revised due to the use of new, more recent sources. Improvements have been made in the longitudinal consistency of employee jobs. As a result, it can happen that job changes are no longer classified as such and/or loose lanes can be merged into one job. This improvement has an impact on labour mobility figures. Figures for old years have also been adjusted (at least). When will there be new figures? This table is supplemented by new figures every quarter.
