Normal epidermis surrounding a lesion will be collected from consenting donors. The epithelia is removed from the dermis and cut into mapped 2mm2 pieces and DNA extracted. The DNA undergoes ultra-deep targeted sequencing to assess the size and distribution of mutant clones.EGA study EGAS00001002165
