The animations are made with raw strain data from all 54 fiber optical strain sensors used for the paper "Input Torque Measurements for Wind Turbine Gearboxes Using Fiber Optical Strain Sensors":<br>-The file "FOS animation polar 100T" shows the (amplified) strain of each sensor according to their angular position for consecutive time samples. The effect of the passing of the five planets on the ring gear can be seen. The data is from a test at nominal torque. - The file "ring1 linear 100T” uses the same raw data but plots it in a linear way according to the sensor number. - The file “ring1 linear 025T” corresponds to data gathered at 25% of the nominal torque
本动画采用论文《基于光纤应变传感器的风力涡轮机齿轮箱输入扭矩测量(Input Torque Measurements for Wind Turbine Gearboxes Using Fiber Optical Strain Sensors)》中所使用的全部54个光纤应变传感器(fiber optical strain sensors)的原始应变数据制作:
- 文件"FOS animation polar 100T"展示了各传感器按角位置排布的(经放大处理的)应变随连续时间采样的变化情况,可直观观察到5个行星轮经过齿圈时产生的影响,该数据取自额定扭矩工况下的测试。
