Temporal Segmentation Annotation for the REAL-Colon dataset

This repository contains the temporal annotation of the REAL-Colon dataset.The REAL-Colon dataset comprises 60 recordings of real-world colonoscopies and can be accessed here. The dataset encompasses four different clinical studies (001 to 004), with each study contributing 15 videos. At the dataset location, compressed folders titled <i>SSS-VVV_frames</i> contain video frames, where <i>SSS</i> indicates the clinical study (001 to 004) and <i>VVV</i> represents the video name (001 to 015).Here, we upload additional temporal annotation for each video contained in 60 distinct <i>SSS-VVV</i>.csv indicating for each frame in <i>SSS-VVV_frames</i> its temporal annotation.The annotations categorize each frame into three colonoscopy phase labels: outside, insertion, and withdrawal. The withdrawal phase is further divided into seven colon segment classes: cecum, ileum, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum. This results in a total of 9 distinct labels.<br><br><br>本仓库包含REAL-Colon数据集的时序标注信息。REAL-Colon数据集包含60段真实结肠镜检查录像，可通过此处获取。该数据集涵盖4项独立临床研究（编号001至004），每项研究提供15段录像。在数据集存储路径下，名为<i>SSS-VVV_frames</i>的压缩文件夹存储对应视频帧，其中<i>SSS</i>代表临床研究编号（001至004），<i>VVV</i>代表录像名称（001至015）。本次上传的是针对全部60段独立<i>SSS-VVV</i>录像的补充时序标注：60个对应的<i>SSS-VVV</i>.csv文件将标注<i>SSS-VVV_frames</i>中每帧图像的时序类别。本次标注将每帧图像划分为3类结肠镜检查阶段标签：肠腔外（outside）、进镜（insertion）与退镜（withdrawal）；其中退镜阶段还可进一步细分为7种结肠节段类别：盲肠（cecum）、回肠（ileum）、升结肠（ascending colon）、横结肠（transverse colon）、降结肠（descending colon）、乙状结肠（sigmoid colon）与直肠（rectum）。总计包含9种独立标注标签。
