The overexpression of Bmel-2 encoding an RNA binding protein induces apoptosis in BmN cells of Bombyx mori. There are two samples in this study, containing Ctrl and BmEL-2. Ctrl is cells transfected with blank vector. BmEL-2 in cells transfected with the vector with Bmel-2 CDS. The two samples were performed mRNA-Seq and RIP-Seq respectively. BmEL-2 was immunoprecipitated by anti-HIS antibody.
