This table gives an overview of the Dutch expenditure on regular education. Public spending on education is divided into expenditure to educational institutions and household expenditure (students and/or parents), businesses and non-profit institutions. In addition, the education expenses of private parties (households, businesses, non-profits) institutions and organisations abroad) to educational institutions it’s been shown. Only households also have educational expenditure outside the educational institutions. The figures presented are calculated according to by the OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development) standardised definitions. Data available from: 1995 Frequency: discontinued Status of the figures: The results from 1995 to 2007 are final, the results for 2008 is provisional. Changes as of 7 December 2009: Data for 2008 and adjustments for 2007 have been added it’s done. When are new figures coming? Not applicable
