2015 -2016 Bi annual Report -Pursuant to Local Law 93 of 2015, the Department of Education is required to provide reports on student discipline data (suspension data) to the City Council twice a year (October 31 and March 31). The October reporting requires citywide suspension data by month for the second half of the academic year, January through June. Per the legislation and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), any value from zero (0) to five (5) has been redacted.
