The objective of this project is to explore the scalable factors of maize centromeric chromatin. This dataset includes CENH3 ChIP-seq data for a subset of the NAM inbreds, the hybrids of B73, and its relatives Oaxaca and teosinte Zea luxurians. To detect whether the expression level of CENH3 also affects centromeric chromatin, we also include ChIP-seq data from the wild type and CENH3 overexpression lines (each set has three replicates).
