Reproducibility package for "Research attention and evidence certainty in post-tuberculosis lung disease: an umbrella review and bibliometric evidence-gap analysis"

This repository contains the reproducibility materials for the study “Research attention and evidence certainty in post-tuberculosis lung disease: an umbrella review and bibliometric evidence-gap analysis.” Version 2.0.0 (FINAL28 release) reflects the finalized evidence base and supersedes the earlier v1.0.0 release. The umbrella-review component includes 28 systematic reviews and meta-analyses, with AMSTAR 2 methodological appraisal, statement-level evidence-certainty reconciliation, and primary-study overlap analysis. Quantitative corrected covered area (CCA) analysis was possible for 26 of 28 reviews with sufficiently reconcilable primary-study membership. The bibliometric component includes a final corpus of 160 original PTLD research articles mapped to 15 predefined clinical evidence statements (S01–S15). Research-attention metrics were integrated descriptively with umbrella-level evidence certainty to characterize evidence-gap patterns across PTLD domains. The repository includes the finalized tables, statement-level mappings, appraisal outputs, overlap-analysis materials, bibliometric research-attention data, search-provenance documentation, and public-safe reproducibility files used to support the manuscript. This release is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and independent verification of the analyses reported in the associated manuscript. No patient-level or personally identifiable data are included in this repository. Non-code materials are licensed under CC BY 4.0; software/code components are licensed under the MIT License.
