为更好地服务全县涉艾企业，扎实推进我县蕲艾产业链高质量发展，经同意，在县政务服务大厅建立涉艾企业“绿色通道”，设立“艾之家”综合服务窗口，集中受理办理蕲艾产业链各类市场主体相关的行政审批和服务事项、政策咨询、奖补资金申请发放等工作，实现涉艾企业“一门全办、一窗通办、一次办好”，全力服务全县蕲艾产业发展。需要建设“艾之家”审批办事平台。对涉艾企业审批服务事项由“艾之家”综合服务窗口受理后，实行“集中统一受理、材料线上流转、部门分类审批、综合窗口出件”模式，部门办理结果反馈至综合窗口，再由综合窗口反馈至办事企业，实现涉艾企业审批服务事项全流程网上办理。

This window will centrally handle administrative examination and approval matters, service items, policy consultation, as well as the application and disbursement of incentive and subsidy funds for all kinds of market entities involved in the Qiai industrial chain, so as to achieve the goal of "one-stop service, single-window handling, and one-time completion" for Qiai-related enterprises, and fully support the development of the county's Qiai industry. Therefore, it is necessary to build the "Ai Home" approval and service platform. For the approval and service matters of Qiai-related enterprises, after being accepted by the "Ai Home" comprehensive service window, the work will follow the mode of "centralized unified acceptance, online transfer of application materials, classified examination and approval by relevant departments, and document issuance via the comprehensive window". The handling results from each department will be fed back to the comprehensive service window, which will then relay the information to the applying enterprises, thereby realizing fully online whole-process handling of all approval and service matters for Qiai-related enterprises.
