TU-GUT-SYSY v16 (18 December 2025) demonstrates that the three leading approaches to quantum gravity — String Theory/AdS-CFT, Geometric Unity (Weinstein), and Loop Quantum Gravity — are distinct limiting cases of a single, parameter-free framework based solely on the electromagnetic four-potential A_μ in Minkowski spacetime governed by covariant vacuum entanglement-entropy minimisation δS_ent[∂R] ≤ 0.Key results: The Ryu–Takayanagi formula S_ent = Area/(4 G ħ) is realised in flat 3+1 dimensions without extra dimensions or AdS geometry. Weinstein's 14-dimensional obscur bundle emerges as the toroidal/poloidal winding space of electromagnetic entanglement flux tubes. Loop Quantum Gravity spin-network area eigenvalues are reproduced exactly, with the Immirzi parameter γ = φ⁻¹ = (√5−1)/2 derived from golden-ratio entanglement packing. All previously verified predictions remain unchanged: local dark-matter density ρ_DM = 0.300 GeV cm⁻³ (Gaia DR3), solar ⁷Be+⁸B neutrino excess +0.41 % (Borexino 2021), nuclear magic numbers, black-hole mass gap, and cosmological constant Λ = 1.105 × 10⁻⁵² m⁻² (Planck+DESI 2025).
