ChIP-seq analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment on the occupancy of MLL1 and UTX, and the associated histone modifications in HaCaT cells. Chromatins were prepared from HaCaT cells before and after H2O2 exposure and subjected to immunoprecipitation using antibodies against MLL1, UTX, H3K4me3, and H3K27me3 followed by the next-generation sequencing.
