CRL2025 Fetal Dataset

All fetal MRI scans have been fully anonymized and contain no PHI. Data sharing has been reviewed and approved by the IRB / institutional data governance at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School. The authors confirm that this dataset can be openly published under a CC-BY 4.0 license. This dataset includes 193 individual fetal MRI T2 reconstructions within the gestational age range of 20 to 38 weeks. All images were reconstructed from multiple T2-weighted stacks, intensity corrected and registered to atlas space.
