COVID-19 Infection Risk Dataset

This dataset comprises edge and node information for 3,234 counties across the United States. It integrates flight data, confirmed COVID-19 cases, COVID-19-related deaths, population statistics, intensive care unit (ICU) bed capacity, climate data, unemployment rates, and mobility data for the analysis of COVID-19 infection risk. Additionally, the dataset includes a set of labeled counties, which are categorized into four infection risk tiers: no risk, low risk, medium risk, and high risk. Covering all 3,234 U.S. counties, the core predictive task of this dataset is COVID-19 infection risk level prediction.
