The purpose of this RNA sequencing dataset was to analyze transcriptional changes in human stem cells when Meloxicam is added to the standard Filgrastim mobilization regimen in patients with Multiple Myeloma. RNA sequencing was performed on stem cells isolated from apheresis products from patients mobilized with either Filgrastim alone (n=10), or Meloxicam + Filgrastim (n=22).
