Processed source-data files required to reproduce the computational figure panels of Main et al., 'Alternative splicing generates a constitutively active Fn14 isoform that signals independently of TWEAK' (Fig. 1H, 4A-J, 5B; Suppl. Fig. 11B-D, 12B). Includes the TCGA-LIHC isoform/survival table, annotated FPKM expression tables and DESeq2 differential-expression tables for the LX-2 RNA-seq experiment (Fn14 WT, Fn14 KO, Fn14alpha KO, and WT + TWEAK), GSEA pathway results and per-gene statistics, and WebGestalt over-representation results.
