Processed data and reproducibility materials for kidney-compartment regulatory genomics prioritization of diabetic kidney disease candidates

Version update (29 July 2026): This version adds a reviewer-requested major-revision addendum containing Supplementary Data S11 (final-candidate evidence and instrument traceability), Supplementary Data S12 (study-wide BH-FDR sensitivity across 597,099 screening rows), revised Figures 2, 5, and 7, the revision analysis script, environment file, SHA-256 manifest, and a reproducibility quickstart. The original processed-data archive is retained unchanged. No raw third-party, controlled-access, or individual-level data are redistributed.This dataset contains processed result tables, figure files and source data, manuscript-facing supplementary workbooks, analysis scripts, configuration files, environment documentation, and data-provenance notes for an integrative kidney-compartment regulatory-genomics study of diabetic kidney disease candidate prioritization. The study integrates eQTL-instrument screening, Mendelian randomization, kidney-compartment replication, disease-state context, functional annotation, single-cell and protein context, and colocalization evidence. Raw third-party datasets, controlled-access files, and individual-level human participant data are not redistributed and should be obtained from the original data providers under their respective access conditions. Journal administrative files, correspondence, reviewer suggestions, response letters, rejection letters, and portal screenshots are not included.
