Gene Expression Analysis of Carbonyl Sulfide Neurotoxicity

To gain insight into the pathogenesis of carbonyl sulfide induced neurotoxicity, we examined the gene expression profile of exposed rats before the onset of morphological changes (days 1 and 2) using the most consistently affected brain region, the posterior colliculus.为深入解析羰基硫（carbonyl sulfide）诱导神经毒性的发病机制，本研究选取受影响最为一致的脑区——后丘（posterior colliculus），在形态学改变发生前的第1天和第2天，对暴露于该毒物的大鼠进行基因表达谱检测。
